Modernizing a robust customer platform for millions of Canadians. Shaw, one of Canada's largest telecommunications company, needed help redesigning and modernizing their customer platform, My Shaw. Working with the digital agency Cainkade, I led the visual design, UX, and UI of the new platform and customer experience. Our solution had to balance a streamlined intuitive interface, robust controls and the ability to embed offers for enhanced services and cross promotion. Part of the challenge was also combining the new improved system with legacy administrative platform.
